Adnan
Faramand:
Director General with a wide experience working
with private, NGOs and public sector.
MBA degree from Kellogg- Recanati, Northwestern
University USA with over 15 years of experience in
consulting and training. Mr. Adnan was the Welfare
Association Consortium Capacity Building Manager for 2
years and he was also the United Palestinian Appeal
(American PVO) Liaison Officer with USAID on the EEGP
for 3 years and worked with several NGOs and CBOs in
West Bank and Gaza.
Mr. Adnan has a very long experience in capacity
building, designing and implementing organizational
assessment programs, strategic planning, evaluation and
business plan studies and training needs assessments as
well as assessing and drafting administrative and
personal manuals to many CBOs and NGOs. Mr. Adnan is a
Business Edge Certified Trainer & UNIDO certified
consultant
Dr. Ghassan Faramand:
Senior legal and human rights advisor for all
projects carried out by the company.
PhD. In Law, Bordeaux School of Law; Bordeaux, France
with 25 years experience in legal bylaws drafting,
manuals and legal procedures in different areas of the
Palestinian legal framework. He has wide experience in
legal training programs, jurisdiction, human rights and
other developmental issues. He is professor of law and
the director of Law Institute at Birzeit University.
Munther Faramand:
Market Research Manager carrying out all market
research projects.
B.A. in Marketing from the University of Florida. Mr.
Munther has over 23 years experience in the field of
marketing research in Palestine and other Arab
countries. He has conducted market research, focus
groups, project designs, business strategies, business
plans and has experience in measuring the effect of
advertisement on sales.
Ahmad I. Nimer Elyan Hamdallah:
Public Policy and Management Consultant
MSc. In Public Policy & Human Development from
Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (MGSoG),
University of Maastricht, The Netherlands.
He is a management consultant with more than 4 years
of experience working on different projects, surveys and
research. He has worked as an economist and a management
consultant to the benefit of public and private sector
and for different NGOs and international agencies such
as USAID, JICA, AFD, and GTZ. He is specialist in local
and regional development projects, trade policies,
monitoring & evaluating trade, SMEs and economic
diversification projects, preparing different strategic
planning for Ministries, implementing capacity building
programs, conducting market research and feasibility
studies.
Reem Khairy:
Project Coordinator and Translator.
BA in English language and literature from Bethlehem
University. She has over thirteen years experience in
data gathering, processing, organizing and conducting
meetings and interviews to design and draft projects and
programs under the supervision of the senior
consultants. Her duties also include, being a project
coordinator, coordination between clients and
trainer/consultants and between the different teams, in
addition to doing all the needed translation from
English to Arabic and vice versa and writing technical
proposals.
